Homewood Road Pool House + Gardens
From the terrace at the back of the house, a series of outdoor garden spaces were developed. At a short distance from the house, a pool house, pool, and spa compose a retreat. A sunken lawn, bordered by hedges and perennials is an open field for games. The pool house, clad in ship-lap wood boards, is framed with a scissor truss roof structure, and includes a fireplace, powder room, and pool storage area.
Espaliered fruit trees and a vegetable garden are components of the children's play area. Simple combinations of whites and greens compose the garden palette. |
