Barrington Avenue Condominuums
The challenge of providing an exterior renovation and new landscaping for this condominium was working with the existing exterior form and finishes.
Without affecting the entire exterior, solutions were found that updated the look of the complex. Addressing the two separate entries was one of the first tasks. Adding planters, seating, a canopy and distinct flooring helped to draw attention away from the rest of the non-distinct building and on to the restructured front. Adding topographical landscape or grass mounds, allows for there to be green lawn at the front of the building while simultaneously discouraging people and pets from occupying the lawn. |
